How do I access my video instructions?
If you are looking for a complete instructional video to teach you a new craft, just follow these steps:
- Navigate and click on the “CraftSpace” tab on top of the page
- Log in to your account with the information we sent you by email after your purchase
- Scroll to the Atelier Video you want to watch
- Craft, enjoy and share!
When purchasing a full-kit or video-access from Ateliers Céline, the tutorial should appear in your account between 12 and 24 hours after your purchase. Please refresh the page if you still do not see it after that time or reach out directly to our team at contact@ateliersceline.com or via the chat box.
Shipping information and timelines
Our amazing team works hard to make sure that orders are assembled and shipped as soon as possible! It can vary based on the items in your order, the time of day you place your order, and our current stock levels. We aim to assemble, package, and ship your order within 2 business days of it being placed. Shipping and arrival may be affected by inventory, observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed with tracking details and your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. This may change depending on locations. Please not that at the moment, we are only delivering within the UAE.
What if I am missing an item?
We will ship you out any items that may have accidentally not made it into your box as soon as possible. Please send us an email at contact@ateliersceline.com. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and we would love to make it right as soon as possible.

I want to share my project
- Share your Ateliers Celine creations with our Instagram community. You can simply post your creation on Instagram with the hashtag #WeAreCeline and tag ateliersceline. Each month, we will select and feature two pictures from our crafters. Don’t miss a chance to be selected as our top crafter of the month!
- You can also submit your creations directly to the Craftspace when you purchase an Atelier with Digital Instructions.
- Can I share my project for the purpose of selling it? Please note that the creative content shared in each workshop (as well as the pattern and/or design created by the artist) belongs to the artist leading each workshop. Projects cannot be sold or replicated for the purpose of sale. Please be considerate of our artists when using the techniques learned in each workshop for your own artistic growth. We care about protecting the creative rights of the incredible ateliers leaders that collaborate with us. Read our Terms & Conditions for even more information (link at the bottom of the page).
How will I know when is the next live Q&A with my favorite artist?
At the end of the video instructions (on your dedicated Craftspace), you will be able to see the Q&A date and add the meeting to your calendar. If you missed the date, don’t worry you will have access to the full video of the session directly in your Craftspace!
