CONSTRUCTION AND ON - SITE MANAGEMENT
Construction Management, through a skilled and experienced practitioner, is an effective way to maximise on quality and optimise on cost. Our construction managers programme and manage both information flow and the procurement process for clients. They handle everything from appointing contractors, producing contract documents, preparing budget breakdowns, cost reports and cash flow projections to certifying contractor valuations for client payment, approving works and issuing certificates.
POST EVENT REPORT
The end of your event doesn’t signal the end of the event lifecycle. We provide a post event report that highlights the impact of your event. This will be applied to any event format, from small internal trainings to multi-day conferences.
